most families create lasting memories by taking trips to the beach or the mountains, maybe even an amusement park. for our last days in the U.S. our family decided to support us by taking part in a more serious and committed event: a seven day colon cleansing fast. most of you are probably asking "why?" and that's a good question. with all the over processed and genetically modified foods we love to eat in america, our bodies (and colons, specifically) take quite a beating. we can't really break down a lot of the foods we eat, and we can't even get rid of some of them. the vit-ra-tox 7 day cleanse is a way for us to clean everything out and start anew. for more info on the cleanse, click on the link above, or check out www.veirons.com.

the contents of these bottles are all that we will be ingesting for an entire seven days. many of these items are flavorless. then there are the ones that taste like fish food...yummy! it's more of a test of will power at this point, and since there are four of us in it together, i doubt anyone will think of giving up before the week is over.
you're probably asking right now, "aren't you hungry?" and the answer is yes and no. my stomach is not actually growling and my body is not starving of nutrients (due to the bottles of fun-ness above). but i am thinking of food regularly and have cravings every hour or so. man, i could really go for a burger right about now!
most people would spend their last days in the states gorging on ice cream and delicious cheeses. trust me, that thought crossed my mind. these days i'm trying real hard to veer toward what is best, rather than what i want. maybe someday they'll become one and the same.

i think it's more than fitting, as you prepare to leave the good ol' u.s. of a, to deeply and profoundly clean your colons. whether it's crap, doo doo, or just plain poop, there's alot of it to flush away when you get out. plus, what a great message--bye america, let me leave you with the funkiest, filthiest kerplops i can muster.
well done!
I hope you have a great time
