in my own spare time, i have been drafting my aspiration statement (in which i attempt to describe my aspirations for 2 years of peace corps service in belize. and somehow i managed to refrain myself from stating, "i aspire to acquire a killer tan"), revamping my resume for the 13th time in the past 3 years, and playing with our new hot pink solio solar charger. it just arrived today and it's precious. because solar energy is so cute. and also because it's pink.

as a completely random update, the polarsnugglephant t-shirt i attempted to purchase from shirt woot last week arrived today. when they say the style is "fitted" they mean business. guess maybe it was a sign. snuggling is a private matter and should not be advertised on garments. be advised.
