just a quick update to let everyone know that we have successfully moved to our new house. after nearly three weeks of scrubbing, painting, and repairing, the house looks amazing. wish you could all come spend time with us here.
it's still in the same village, so our address hasn't changed or anything.
we even got to try out our amateur carpentry skills when we disassembled the closet from our old house and created a series of shelves with the wood. pretty awesome.
also, we can now dial out internationally...yay!

Hi there, we just wanted to send our love to you. I recently mailed you some magazines and stuff and I feel like such a JERK for not sending you guys anything sooner. However, the Bey Family enjoys keeping up with you from your blog. you are always in our hearts and minds, whether its Assata telling us about something her daddy does thats just like Mr. Coy or Sharif and I marveling at your life.
